Return Process

  Ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging with all tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt.

  Visit our physical Customer Service counters or contact our online support team with your order number to begin the return authorization process.

  Pack and Label

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original shipping box or a sturdy alternative to prevent damage during transit back to our fulfillment center.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue an exchange within 7-14 business days.
